The high-temperature demagnetization characteristics of neodymium iron boron magnets are a common problem in the industry. Experiments have shown that when the temperature exceeds the Curie point (310-400 ℃), the magnet will completely demagnetize and become irreversible, which poses strict requirements for temperature control in industrial applications. In response, Ningbo Jiayun Magnetic Industry has significantly improved the environmental adaptability of magnets by optimizing material formulations (such as developing 48UH high-temperature resistant products) and surface treatment technologies (such as electroplating protective layers). In addition, the company also collaborates with research institutions to explore digital twin technology, simulate the microstructure of magnets to optimize performance design, and promote the expansion of technology application boundaries.
